Shipping Cost Calculator
Estimate courier charges across India zones using volumetric weight.
Physical weight on a scale.
Volumetric weight = (L × B × H) ÷ 5000.
Planning estimate only — your negotiated courier or aggregator rates will vary.
How the shipping cost calculator works
Indian couriers bill on whichever is higher — your package's actual weight or its volumetric (dimensional) weight, calculated as length × breadth × height in cm ÷ 5000. The chargeable weight is rounded up to the next 0.5 kg slab and priced by zone, from local within-city delivery to national rest-of-India. Enter your weight, dimensions and zone to estimate the freight, with an optional COD fee added on top.
Once you know your shipping cost, compare payment economics with the COD vs prepaid calculator, or fold freight into your pricing using the profit margin calculator.
